    “Health and Hope” provides access to breast care and breast cancer treatment through financial assistance for women in need of screening mammograms, diagnostic testing and transportation to appointments. A nurse navigator is also provided to help those diagnosed with breast cancer navigate their journey.

The program also provides screenings, diagnostic services and treatment support.
